God Always Has Plan

Hey Y'all!! Praise God for a new day!

Right now you are probably thinking that all of your plans are failing. Everything you have tried didn't work out as planned. Every time you take ten steps forward, you have to take five steps back. Those backwards steps are only to get you to open your eyes to see where you went wrong. Those backwards steps are to help you to reassess your direction. One thing the word of God says is that we can make plans but the Lord orders our steps. So, if God say to take five steps back, that is exactly what you need to do. And don't worry because there is a lesson in it. Remember, the 40 years Israel spent in the desert; that was a huge step back for them. Just think about all of the problem the Children of Israel suffered. But most importantly, think about the plan God had to save our souls. That plan was before the world existed; Jesus Christ.

You need to take a moment to hear from God on what you need to do next. Let me remind you that the plans God has for you are for your good. God wants you to have the best future possible. You may encounter a problem tomorrow, but know that God has a plan. It might even be next week or next month, but know that God has a plan. He always has a plan.

Have an amazingly blessed day and week!

Quiet Space (Poem)

We walk around living life as if it's our own. Wake up, go to work or school and then back home.
Minute by minute we plan our day; everything gets done is what we pray.
Maybe sending the kids off to school is the first thing that's done. Meeting, doctor's appointment, Zumba, or shopping up next and off we run.
Have we thought to give God some space? While we're running around from place to place.
Where will we find the time? The time to sit, pray and silence our minds.
Allowing God, our Father to whisper in our ear. In the midst of the quietness we will be able to hear.
Those things that He desires for us to see; but in His presence is where we must be.
So, while you are planning activities for the day, be sure to create that much needed quiet space.
